Recognizing they were not given rights to these characters and ideas, Does just calling it "parody" make it ok?

So? Aren't they "devaluing" the brand, by most reactions being negative and some people thinking it's officially sanctioned?

Just watched this, I liked it quite a bit, actually. Judge death Is a really interesting villain.
