Well, I was referring to the debate here in the forums, not necessarily the court ruling.

But to your point: You have a point, it might not play well with the local hold outs. But I think on a broader national scale it'll win more people over in the long run (especially kids growing up seeing this stuff), and I think that's more important.

I just think a law suit is a poor way of handling it. There are other avenues of public protest that are more likely to garner sympathy.

You don't want to be that group that sues everyone. Especially mom and pop stores.

I disagree. I think, for the sake of making progress towards acceptance in our society, it's important that people openly challenge homophobic views when they come up.

I think there were challenges from both sides and got to the point that could be reached in regards to the topic at hand. The rest of the pages are a downward spiral from both sides. Neither side will, obviously, NOT budge on their stance yet both continue to do so despite the futility of it because they must challenge their foe until it is vanquished. People who find Miley sexually attractive are far from pedophiles. At best, they would be considered ephebophiles or, maybe hebephiles. A pedophile desires someone who has NOT reached puberty. I am perfectly fine with polygamy, as long as its consensual.
