Judge Orders Bakery to Serve Gay Couple

Yes. Except the love of the cake into your heart and achieve eternal salvation.

Yes. We eat cake to symbolize our acceptance of good grace in our lives.

But whatever you do, watch out for Devil's Cake, or you'll be sent to the Black Forest to suffer for an eternity.

Love this.

I think it's funny how modern christians act like homosexuality is the devil when it has been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that the early christian church in fact had no problem with gays and performed gay marriage regularly

STOP OPPRESSING ME!!!! :cmad:

SentinelMind, dude, as a brother in Christ I do feel compelled to say this to you:

The intrinsic commandment of Christianity is unconditional love and compassion for your fellow human being. Strangers, friends, and family. Period.

I don't expect to change your views with this one statement. Neither do I wish to start an argument with you. I'm simply trying to reaffirm that, even though it may be a sin according to our beliefs, so is being discriminatory.

I also, however, believe in the right to refuse service, so this is a very thin tightrope to walk across.

In regards to this, I don't think the individual in question is a terrible or despicable person, just misguided. However he is entitled to his beliefs. On the other hand, I also don't think he should've been forced to do something by a judge.

Now here's a Christian who's opinion I can actually respect

DarkSentinel....SentinelMind....

Maybe not.

:ninja:

:hehe:

That's another reason, no matter how mad all of you get at SM, I can't. We all come from a good place, no matter our disagreements. We just need to try and see things from multiple perspectives and come to a common enough ground that we can all be copacetic.

Plus, sentinels are cool as **** :o except the X-Men Sentinels.

I don't get mad, I just tend to roll my eyes a lot.

I'm not mad at SentinelMind or Human Torch. It's just my eye muscles are very sore from all the rolling.

:whatever:

:cwink:

I'm not mad, I find his ranting hilarious in the same way The Room and Batman & Robin are.

I prefer Kronum :o

Besides, I'm too rational for any kind of politics :hehe:

But I appreciate your votes!! (of confidence :sus)

I look forward to sources for this astounding statement.

SentinelMind, is your life so devoid of joy and love for your fellow person, that instead of trying to build others up, you must bring everyone down to your miserable, ignorant level? It's not just telling gays they shouldn't get married. I've also seen you start threads about how women shouldn't get tattoos. You just know the right way for everyone else to live their lives, huh? Seriously, go get a hobby and stop trying to tell others how they should live. I bet your life isn't any great shakes, so why don't you focus on that first?

I find this obsession with me personally in past few pages kinda disturbing...
