Don't forget Captains.
And Stan Lee.
The problem with Stan Lee officiating your marriage is that any children you have become property of Disney.
I wonder how they make holes in donuts?!
is there a law are whatever that allows patrons not to serve clients who ask for specific things? like if they wanted nazi symbols on their cake? i imagine tattoo artists run into this issue
It varies by state. It also depends whether or not the person you are refusing is in a "protected class". For example, gay people, and men wearing dresses are considered a protected class in California.
You rationale for refusal of service is a big deal as well. It's rather arbitrary.
They're called transexual, bro.![]()
No, those would be transvestites. Transexuals are covered under gay, I believe.
Check the laws. Transexuals and transvestites are considered separate, but protected classes in California.
Transexuals (if they started out male) being recognized legally as female, while transvestites are just men... wearing female clothes.
I don't understand how a judge can order this. Don't bakeries usually serve bread and cakes? What the judge is demanding is just bizarre and barbaric.
I was referring to "Transexuals are covered under gay, I believe." Yeah, not really. It's a little more complicated than that.
