''Justice League'' movie idea.

When the rumors of a Justice League movie started to pop-up, a friend of mine made up a concept to the movie and i felt it would be cool to share with everyone:

On his vision, the movie presents the Checkmate, a govern agency lead by Amanda Waller and Maxwell Lord. Waller and Lord are working on a project to create a group of heroes able to fight menaces. Superman is called, but he refuses to team up a group, but chage his mind after a chat with Lord.

At the same time, Green Lantern, Flash, Wonder-Woman and Martian Manhunter confront androids called OMACS, that attacked their cities. Superman invites them all to form a Justice League. After the group is presented on a conference, They go to Happy Harbor face a OMAC invasion. There, Superman allies with the OMACs and attack the League, that get's hide on a cave, where they sare his origins brieflly.

At the same time, Batman saves Green Arrow of a OMAC and reveal that his investigation about the robots led him directelly to Checkmate. They discover Max have mental powers and it's controling Superman, and that he made the Omacs with a inventor called Dr. Ivo.

Batman and Green Arrow attack Lord while Superman and the Omacs try to destroy the Justice League. Green Arrow kills Lord and Superman gets free, helping destroy the robots.

The league reunites and go to space shut down Lord's masterpiece: The Brother-Eye, where the Omacs are being help. There, they are attacked by an army of Omacs and Ivo's greatest invention, a special robot called AMAZO.

Eventually, the League wins and decides to stay together. Batman creates the Watchtower for them, but also becomes paranoic and start to make files of how defeat his fellow leaguers if they step out control.

Grammar was terrible, but that was pretty good. I'm not an expert on anything in hte comics, (I don't know who checkmate or Lord, or omacs are) but It was alright, except I don't think Superman would be that easily controlled. I do like the fact that you put in the fact that Batman spies on his own team (a subject touched upon in the tv series, if im not mistaken) To me, that is one of the best story lines ever. He is a great detective, he NEEDS to know EVERYTHING, and I think every character or group needs their flaws and a certain level of mistrust amongst themselves.


I wrote a fan fic (an un-finished one) something similar to the x-men mutant registration act, with Superman being the only justice league member supporting it, so he 'goes bad' (similar to your story....except in mine he isn't under mind control) Also Flash (Wally) blames G.L. (Stewart) for the death of Flash's fiance. Batman is....well the same as yours I assume. That's all I will say about mine for now, I'll try to finish it some time, and let people read it...Plus I shouldn't try to steal your thunder.

The AMAZO idea's pretty good, along with Ivo's help in making the Omacs. The Batman "Justice League Files" are a given, and should be incorperated in all Justice League renditions. New stuff I like, I like.
