Have you ever tried starting out a drawing without sketching?
I see that you sculpt your forms by sketching them with many lines. I found doing this, while helping with plotting out the figure, makes more work for me later. You know, cleaning up the lines afterwards.
Well if you havent tried this...
try to picture the form as much as you can in your head then lay it out on paper with smooth crisp lines. It really helps with disipline of form drawing.

^^^lol, KAD. Don't fret; only speaking for myself, I have been out of the loop for a couple of days here but that pic looks very intense in a claustrophobic way...

You sort of put the viewer in the scuffle so to speak. It's uncomfortable and well done at the same time. I hope that makes some sense.

Liking this piece very dynamic and forceful. Lots of tension in it.

Only a couple minor things.

The first is just a personal opinion, but i feel the red of the shirt is a little bright. If you have time maybe you can play with the saturation a bit and tone it down a little. Again just a personal opinion I feel like it takes of a little bit.

The second is the right sleeve of the white shirt runs right into the nose which flows into the white shirt which goes right into the lip of the guy in the foreground.

(Shown with the red line) I would suggest going with a little more overlap to take that away (Blue line) . Doing lines like that, where they just touch tends to create a focal point. Maybe that's what you were going for. Again it's just my opinion and I think overall the piece is pretty strong.
