Keep your fried chicken away from my waffles

Fried chicken has no business being on the same plate as a belgium waffle. People who eat them together are sick i dont get this fad. Keep them separate i say. That is all

How do you feel about pickled pigs feet? :woot:

Hmmm I've never had fried chicken and waffles together, going to have to try this!

It's on the menu at just about any family restaurant around here, but I can never bring myself to order it. I love both, but together just doesn't seem right.

Now steak and eggs. Bring that on!!

Fried chicken and waffles is a pretty awesome combo.

I just the other day came up with the idea to put a chicken strip or two on a tortilla and cover the chicken with syrup and roll it up. It was a good quick breakfast.

Yet to try chicken and waffles.

Let me guess. You want the chicken and waffles to be.......... segregated? :o

:oldrazz:

I would like waffle for breakfast, fried chicken for supper. Ham for lunch

Now we can't have Ham for breakfast either?!? :argh:

I feel a strange affection for braincrusher. He's like the slightly handicapped nephew or cousin or something, who's not really good for anything, but you keep him around for ****s and giggles.

if I didn't have an egg allergy, I would eat regular waffles, and I even have to be careful with fried chicken due to egg-based batter that some use.. allergies are annoying..

Just be glad that people haven't gotten the fine idea of putting their fried chicken inside of their Belgian Waffle mix.

If there are two things I like, it's fried chicken and waffles. But I've never had them together

Same.

Now that I think about it, Maple Syrup might taste delicious on a piece of chicken..

I'm not getting it, but... braincrusher... so okay.

This thread makes me want crunchy fried chicken every time I see it. I'm a terrible fry cook.

never had it. or heard of it. In fact here in the UK (or at least where I live) it's rare to have belgian waffles. When I lived in Canada I made the most of it and had it for breakfast almost every day :D but I do love fried chicken...mmmmm.

Damn do you live out in the countryside or something because you can find belgian waffles pretty much anywhere I've been in Britain? :woot:

I think if someone had waffles and fried chicken in the UK people would think they were greedy b******.

Deepfried Pizza looks nasty as hell as well.

Well, as you all know, Canada is much closer to Belgium that Britain is, so we have easier access to the waffles. :)

Seriously though, when and where did you live when you were a temporary Canadian?

Why stop there? You may as well ask us to stop putting bacon on foods that don't require having bacon on them.
