Hello there folks,

I haven't been here since BB came out. Good to see that all has been well without me. So I was wondering, should the next Batman movie incorporate elements from the Nightfall trilogy. I guess robin & night-wing wont be in it, but i believe it can work. We've seen Batman taking the mantle as Gotham's protector, establish himself as its hero by defeating its greatest vilian.

Now:

We need to see Batman get uterly anilated, the climb back up. I suppose he would have to use bane, that villian would remain within the context of pseudo-realism. We can even see Azrael. I'm sure nolan will figure something out.

I wouldnt mind seeing Bruce take a break and someone else take over, but i'd rather watch B&R than a movie with Azrael. I ****ing hate that guy. Besides, its too early for a story where Bruce is replaced.

Anyway, Morrison did the whole sabbatical thing brilliantly with RIP, FC and RoBW but i know that a time traveling batman that gets to be a cowboy, a pirate, etc cannot be adapted in the movies. Therefore a major injury could force him to take a break and go to India or China to heal with monks while Dick takes over. But that would require Dick Grayson who has already been Robin and Nightwing. Oh yeah, put Damian in there as well.
