but x men evolution was about equality- this is WOLVERINE and the x men

Actually, I'm just fortunate that they're doing Wolverine AND the X-Men....and not just a Wolverine cartoon, because knowing Marvel's recent marketing strategies, that wouldn't really have been a surprise.

Hopefully, if the show lasts long enough.. the whole Wolverine thing will fade away and the show will focus on more interesting characters.

You know, I actually dislike Wolverine enough to NEVER watch this show, even if it was of excellent quality. If I want "Wolverine and the X-Men" I'll go watch the movies...

I can't stand it when people from Marvel write off Cyclops like that. And then the whole boy scout thing. Respect your own damn characters, Marvel.

Like Cyclops doesn't create conflict... Scott's like a drill seargeant that doesn't care enough about how you feel to even bother yelling at you. He just tells you what you need to be done and stares at you til you do your danged job. People don't like Cyclops, they don't follow him because they love him, the follow him because he's RIGHT.

There's story there! Marvel KEEPS failing to tap it and it's driving me crazy. Wolverine is not that great!

It really bugs me that they are always trying to shove Wolverine down our troaths as the ultimate best ever super cool X-man. Why don't they just kill off all the other X-men? Here's a newsflash for you Kyle: No one cares about Wolverine changing the team dynamic when he's in charge! We've seen it already. They should write some good storylines that feature other less popular characters. They should be trying to make them more popular.

Well, of the most popular X-Men, Angel and Colossus are two who haven't been a member on both XTAS and Evolution. I think it's a must that they're on this team.

How are they similar? Aside from being furry, blue & agile? So we know that Wolvie, Cyke, Angel & Crawler are on the show. Probably as main characters. Who else do you think will fill out the team? Storm's a safe bet because of her popularity. I hope Colossus makes the team. Psylocke too; it's about time she got a starring role.

It's likely that Jean would be on the show, isn't it? They might pursue the love triangle thing, largely favoring Wolvie over Cyclops in it (as it is Wolverines cartoon, basically. sigh).

I hope they don't even include the love triangle, though.
