Did some digging and "Night On Earth" was solicited in the April issue of Previews in 2003.

Did some more digging and turns out you can mail Tim Townsend from here. I don't know if he'll get it, but it's worth a shot.

I think you should challenge Marv to an art-off. I've only seen one of your pieces, but I do believe he'd kick your ass - with all due respect, of course.

Seriously, it's like Saint said - they're both pictures of Batman standing. No action. Just standing. And what is credited to you looks an aweful lot like a rip off of Alex Ross's work.
Perhaps Cassaday was ripping off Ross and you just turned out to be the middle man since you were ripping the same piece.

I've seen the comparison pics and I don't see evidence of a "rip-off" aside from the fact that they both feature Batman...

Wams is supposedly a talented pro but conducts himself like an absolute child on the forums here.

The cowl, the mask opening......the roundness of the arms muscles...I dunno.....looks alike.

Ok, people calm down, all of you. T'jai and Wams have entirely different IPs. I checked both of theirs, which is why the boards were so slow a moment ago. And, even if they were, there is no reason to jump down anyone's throat about it.

Fionally, and this goes for everyone. On the bottom of every post there is an ! in a triangle. That button alerts the mods that someone is being a dick. Next time someone hurts your feelings, insults you or someone else, makes you angry, or is just flat out trolling, flaming and spamming, CLICK THAT BUTTON!

Don't take matters into your own hands. It is against board policy to launch a counterattack. If you keep your hands clean, then I can come in and stop the flames before they begin.
