I wanted to get a second LCD computer monitor, and i've heard its good to get them on ebay....but its seems you can get them for 20 bucks as a BUY NOW option... I mean are these ripoffs????

Jeez! Read the ad before you post stuff like this! You're not buying an LCD monitor - you're buying an LCD monitor "wholesale list".
