I think it's real, or at least a real test or concept shot, otherwise it's doubful Warners would be asking all the sites to take it down. It is pretty horrific and somewhat reminds me of the first Hellraiser film...there is definately some bone and tendons showing, which keeps in line with what we've been hearing about Two-Face being comprised of both make-up and GCI. I definately couldn't see this being passed in a PG-13 movie though, unless it is gonna be shown just briefly and in very heavy shadows...

warners bros might be playin games to wind us up. think of the viral marketin thats been goin on? this pic has got us all talkin bout the film even more, thats good advertisin. might b a concept show i spose but i doubt its the finished job. as 4 the pg-13 thing, i reckon they can pull it off with the right lighing/angles, etc.
