It's been said that the game includes the Fantastic Four, so they're more or less confirmed, but so far there hasn't been any pictures or concept art of those characters so I put them down as implied so as to not confuse anyone. They're definitely in, though. And so are the Guardians!

They've already said the Guardians will be in the game, which Guardians isn't known; but it's safe to assume it'll be the movie roster.

No Agent Coulson... So far! It's a safe bet he will be one of the 100+ characters. LEGO Lord of the Rings, after all, includes such obscure figures as Tom Bombadil, Radagast and Gloin to please the fans.
