The beginning of the big battle in Avengers came to mind when I read that, piloting the Quinjet around Manhattan shooting down Chitauri ships would be cool but some cosmic characters in space? Yes, please!

sold, the fight in new york from the avengers. flying around on those aircrafts, and jumping and flying from one giant alien serpent to the next would be awesome. also being chased by one.

but i would love most of all is annihilation, war and realm of kings space battles. the various cosmic characters, annihilators in space, destroying ships. or whatever, fighting celestials, just massive cosmic battles.

Well, the Guardians and Surfer have already been confirmed... Perhaps you'll get your wish, or at least part of it. If Thanos is in the game and the Guardians aren't just fanservice, and actually play a part in the story, a space shooter level is quite likely.

the martian manhunter was really a disappointment. i figured he would shapeshift. maybe be the other character that can roll on those pads you need robin for. robin is the only one who can turn into a ball to use those pads. perfect for MM to change into a ball. also the green lantern and sinestro were useless. they coudn't even shoot anything out of their rings. just a jump attack construct fist. it's not like they couldn't add more. i mean superman had most of his powers. they couldn't at least give GL and sinestro some better attacks. also no aura on GL and sinestro was a letdown.

Martian Manhunter having invisibility and shapeshifting would've made hunting for the Gotham hub gold bricks a snap. Oh well

exactly it took a lot of bricks for MM, for nothing. good call on the invisibility. forgot about that addition. the specs were cool, but yeah MM could have done them both.

i really hope this game takes this into account. alot of these heroes have super strength, or could use telekinesis, even magic to move heavy objects. Or magneto or storm could use their power to also move them.

Well, we'll get at least one invisibility user this time (Sue Storm), possibly two if the Super-Skrull makes it into the roster. I'd rather Storm not be able to lift objects, I know she technically can in the comics but that skill would be better suited for Jean. Magneto and levitation is a must, of course.

If Iron Man has several of the movies' armors, then Thor is guaranted to have the chain mail and sleeveless (close enough to classic) variations of his movie costumes.

Black Panther is very likely. Adam Warlock not so much. I'd love to visit Wakanda in search of cosmic bricks, too. As for X-Men villains, I wouldn't count on much outside of Magneto, Mystique, Sabretooth and Juggernaut. Maybe Toad, Pyro and Blob too. The movies seem to be this game's foremost inspiration, after all.

I've actually unlocked Catwoman early on playing LEGO Batman 2 just last week but I've never used her in the game, so I went on YouTube to look for a gameplay video and man, all TT really needs to do is re-skin her as Black Panther and we'll be set. The way she runs on all fours and those flips are just perfect.

This is pure speculation, but I'm willing to bet Iron Man and his various armors will take the place of Batman's single-purpose suits, and there will be a few characters with the corresponding abilities. Like a Stealth Armor (for invisibility; Invisible Woman), a Hydro Armor (for diving in water; Namor), a Sonics Armor (for shattering glass; Banshee, Klaw, Black Bolt), a Hulkbuster Armor (for pulling handles), etc.

i hope these characters are more versatile than lego batman 2. also i can't wait to use the power cosmic. hope it has the kirby crackle.

The Hobbit, The Matrix, TMNT and Jurassic Park are the ones I'm hoping for, personally. One of them is guaranteed to happen, one of them is unlikely, and the other two are highly likely in the next few years.

once the hobbit movies are made i'm sure they will make one. with the voices from the movies. but star trek could be so huge. do all the series. my personal favorite is ds9, but all the series would be so cool. or they could do a time travel type thing.

i would like to start chronologically though. ENT, to TOS. then TNG,DS9, and VOY could all be mixed together.
