like actors that are either still young or people who havent been in big market films yet.

IF there's no actor that can portray Spike, the mere existence of the movie would be a **** up then, wouldn't it?

They can get actors who can portray Spike. Whether it will actually be a good Spike depends on whether its just a quick cash grab or the film makers want to do the anime justice. It also depends on how they view the character and how much risk they are willing to take with the role.

ben foster for vicious. seriously, when i saw him in Hostage back in 05 i think it was, he was just what i pictured for vicious. just perfect, and now that he's little more well established from movies like 30 days of night, 3:10 to Yuma, and even his underused character in X-Men: The Last stand, i think he would be really good.

Why do you have that as a spoiler? LOL. But yah I think people have already mentioned Christian Bale for Spike LOL and I wouldn't mind it personally, he does a good Batman. They just need to make him look far different than Bruce LOL.

If she had one ounce of acting ability in her I would say Megan Fox but we all know she can't act so there goes that idea. Charlize Theron would be good if she was a little younger. Just throwing a couple of names out there I have no idea if they can act so.....Lizzy Caplan, or Zooey Deschanel.

NO. Theres no way in hell that I would want to see him as Spike. WTF. They look nothing alike and his interpretation of Spike's voice and character would ruin it for me. The movie world has gone to hell if this happened.

Just how I could see it from a studio's point of view.

Doubt we'll see Bale for this. Keanu has a better shot since he's a big star and has connections with the producer.

I'd prefer Sam Rockwell but Keanu could be a good Spike given the right material to work with.
