The keyword you failed to notice was "platform". Sure, Goldeneye & Mario Kart were epic, however those are considered Shooter or First Person Shooter & Racing game/s respectfully.



I'll also admit Sarge's Heroes was a guilty pleasure of mine, even though the whole 3DO franchise was trashed in the review columns frequently in Gamespot & other notable gaming sites

i hated Goggles the mole in Banjo... his damn picture puzzle drove me insane... its why i am the way i am today.

Speaking of which, I've always wondered why Nintendo never bought Rare. It was a match made in Heaven, per say & they were both making great games together. It's really a shame too, just imagine Banjo grinding through epic races against Mario & company or Mario Tennis.
