I agree it should have been Gwen. it would have solved some of the problems of redundancy and still given Peter the same issues he had to deal with in SM2.

Expectations are the most important thing for someone who's watching a movie to control. You could completely be disappointed with the greatest movie ever made, because of expectations, and that's the truth. Control your minds people, and no I don't mean accept a bad story, or bad action sequences, bad cgi, bad acting, or anything like that, but try and keep your expectation level normal. Sit back, and just try and enjoy any movie you go to see, without judgment beforehand; whether it be good or bad.

In My perfect Spidey film the red and blues would be -exactly- the same as the Romita Sr version, meaning spandex, and Green goblin's costume would be exactly the same as in the comics too...

I love SHH too.

I have sooooooooo many infractions, heheheh.

I almost got banned last year, and thought I had been so I left the boards.

But I returned like a Mighty Avenger with my pectorals gleaming in the sunlight when news of the Spidey reboot broke; - I could not contain my excitement and joy and knew the best place to release it would be right here amongst fandom.

I never lower my expectations. It's just impossible for me. I love Spider-Man and I'm very passionate about the character, so it's hard for me to not get excited about the reboot, especially when I have been saying for a long time that I'd like to see Sony do a reboot. I don't believe in lowering expectations in life. I don't feel that's any way to live.

Bring on the reboot! I'm as pumped as can be.

Wasn't the point of them axing Spidey 4 that Raimi wanted the kind of budget (for effects) that Cameron wielded with Avatar?
