In my opinion this Venom is now totally legit.

Just because one has Eddie Brock's symbiote, it shouldn't make them "Venom". Venom is EDDIE and the Symbiote. Heck even the name Venom comes from Eddie's career working for "Venom spewing tabloids". Gargan should incorporate his Scorpion persona into like maybe have the suit produce a scorpion like tail and a Scorpion insignia on his chest, that's clearly a scorpion, though he might have that but its really hard to tell.

I've been a tru venom fan since the begining but I have to say that the new look that gargan is sporting is cool, I love the venom variant cover to thunderbolts #110, if ya haven't seen it check it out.
