Finally saw the trailer thanks to Hunter Rider, looks really good, nice, dark and violent, plus it looks like a great role for Pearce who doesnt get enough of them these days.

Looks like the kind of fun that's been tough to find since Face/Off, True Lies, and Escape from New York.

Finally watched the trailer that starts out with Pearce getting interrogated and punched for being a wise ass. Looks like a damn fun action film and it's great to see Pearce in an action type role.

I'm also glad to see Peter Stormare is in this too. If there's any character actors that I wish would get their chance to star in more films it's Stormare and Elias Koteas.

Pearce is a great actor, he did great in The Count of Monte Christo and Memento. Although this is obviously going to be one hell of an action film, the characters seem one-noted.. I think the characters are going to be deeper than they seem in the trailer; if not it's a waste of the casts' talents. Having said that this movie looks fantastic, it has a great premise that I'm surprised hasn't been tackled before. Seems kind of 90's-ish but that's one of the reasons why I think it's fun, I'm definitely checking this out on 4/20.

I'll most likely see this regardless because it looks cool, but i Lol'd at the "he's the best there is, but he's a loose cannon" line. reminds me of a parody of 80's actions movies.

Well, to be fair... the Presidents daughter was kidnapped in the abysmal Escape from L.A. But the less said about that movie the better.

Lockout looks f***ing awesome. I'm a big fan of Pearce and I've always wanted him to breakout as an A-lister. I think he had a shot after Memento but that awful Time Machine movie probably derailed him a bit. Or perhaps he simply chose to do more indy stuff. Either way, really interested in this film.

Just saw the trailer and can't believe this hasn't been on my radar. Guy Pearce might be our next big action star after this one. Luc Besson has always written surefire hits in the action genre....this one looks like one of his biggest and best yet.
