It's interesting to note that for a very long time now many voters and pundits talked about getting a "business person" to be the POTUS, thinking they would efficiently run the government like a business.

They said this as though it had never happened ever and yet there have been many a wealthy business person elected to high office in other countries the past few decades.

It would be enlightening I think to look at the track record of those individuals while in power and the effects they had on their own countries. I myself have not looked into it, but then again, I didn't want the billionaire that never released his taxes to the public to be president in the first place. Did anyone that voted for Trump look at any other country where an incredibly wealthy non-politician ran and won to look at what we may be in store for?

As someone from MI who has been dealing with someone with an actual respectable business background, I'm going to call it way overrated. The scary part, is that running a business tends to encourage fascist behavior. Especially if you are like Trump and don't have to answer to a board of directors or shareholders.

I mean, the whole emergency manager thing straight up bypassed democracy for him to install his buddies. And poisoned a city.

And gasp! She donates to Christian schools! The horror.

I have no idea who the hell she is but the ctrl+left are out in full force on everything regarding Trump. Feels like bizarro 2008.

So, teachers are the far left, then?

There are some very concerning things about someone who has shown pretty much complete disdain for public schools being the Education Secretary. She thinks choice of schools is a completely fair option for everyone. Which is idiotic.

If they were that biased, would have shot holes in the meme?

Look, either way you slice it, she has ZERO education experience. Why should someone like that be Secretary of Education? Let's stick with that question for now. Your reply?
