I can see it. It would've worked too, but since it's already conceptualized in the Ironman poster, it won't fly (no pun intended). In the movie biz, imitation is not considered the sincerest form of flattery, rather, copyright infringement, or worse, lack of originality.

This poster above, was my absolute favorite one for SR! This one, and the one in post 1 with superman hovering in space is ment to go hand in hand! It's clear that they're of the same style! And these two were the THEATRICAL posters, NOT teaser posters!

I remember a lot of other posters with superman flying in front of the Daily Planet globe and such, and they SUCKED! Looked like cheap photoshop posters! Routh's head never seemed to fit, and they were just plain out bad! The one seen above and the one with superman hovering in space are the only decent and classy posters for the film!

It's nicely done, but it looks like a Viagra/E.D. medication ad.

Don't know what some of ya'll are talking about. All of the SR posters were gorgeous. It's been rare that I've seen a superhero film with posters that good.

Ill just add... out of anything we need to be concerned about it think the posters will be the very last thing.

If you look at previous Z.S film posters they are pretty damn cool.

I imagine something like Snyder getting Jim Lee to do a teaser-poster like he got Gibbons to do the Watchmen teaser-poster. Would be a nice touch.

Other than that they have to nail it from the beginning. No boring underwhelming posters featuing just the logo and some uninspiring tagline. This has to look EPIC from scratch. And later on they can do more intimate character-posters or have theme-posters for Smallville, Metropolis etc.
