Might explain why there were so pathetically weak compared to Ghostie. Still doesn't change the fact that the fight scenes were lacking.

Again, huge fan of the Grumpy/Grumpier Old Men movies (sticking with the say something nice).

I should also say, Johnson did get Ghost Rider's design right. Although I would have liked seeing him transform in the jumpsuit just once.

daredevil is on tv right now. after watching it again, ive decided that its not as bad as i thought when i first saw it. its not great rele, but its not horrible either. it makes the disappointment of GR even more though, cause it shows that MSJ can have somewhat of a vision when it comes to comic movies. maybe he only had one good comic movie in him and that was DD.

I agree with you webhead. The thing I love about MSJ the most is that he made Daredevil (DC). MSJ posting in these threads is also quite cool.

He obviously didn't give a damn. I liked that scene, wish it wasn't cut.

Well that scene perfectly showed what they there for. Blackheart recruited them to keep GR busy while he looked for the contract. They did that.

Agreed with the bold only, i thought the movie and MSJ had/have other merits as well.

Hmmm.... Never visited this thread for some time now. My daughter was watching this awesome tribute MV on YouTube last night, and guess what? The movie shown was none other than MSJ's GR! And man did it looked soooo good with "Savin' Me".

Hah, I love it! t: Say what they will about MSJ, but it's clear a lot of people loved his movie, too. Now, personally I enjoyed the movie myself despite its many flaws -- but one of the things that's really great about it, IMHO, is that it makes cool Music Videos! I spotted a few more tributes to this movie, & most of the various songs blended nicely! All thanks to MSJ.

I should've looked for music videos myself, but I never even thought about it. You're right, Cain, it does work pretty damn well as a visual accompaniment.

Again, it surprises me they didn't release a song to promote the movie. It'd have done even better business with a kick-ass track and an eye-popping video.

Yeah, you're right about them not releasing songs, at all . Maybe its because of the budget? Either way, great songs! "Savin' Me"'s lyrics fit in really well with Johnny's character, IMHO.
