I thought the movie would start off with Reed and Sue getting married, however with the revelation from Jessica that there will be a love triangle angle, I do not think it will happen till the end. If Franklin is to be it will be in the 3rd movie. Surfer crashing the wedding ? Don't think so for same reason stated. As to The Thing eatting cake ? A BIGGGGGGGGG slice. And I also guarantee you that Reed, Johnny, and Ben will not be in uniform as they we're in the Roger Corman version of Sue and Reeds wedding. If you don't know what I mean see this, and pay attention when they come out of the chappel. I call their uniforms the tube of toothpaste uniform, because that is exactually what the uniforms look like.

My theory...Reed proposes to Sue after a big fight at the beginning...then when they are engaged that's when the Surfer kind of gets in the middle and eventually Reed wins Sue back completely and they get married at the end. Perfect way to end the film.

Scooper 'kuhlaiyen' caught some of the Fantastic Four: Rise of The Silver Surfer action in Vancouver this weekend:

On Saturday morning on the 9th of September 2006 in Vancouver BC at Granville and Pender, I saw some interesting Fantastic 4 sequel production going on. It's not uncommon to see filming around here, but I became interested when I saw some people "discreetly" handling a prosthetic mask of the Thing! Then I saw Michael Chiklis, the Thing himself. He wasn't "Thing" at the time, just in his street clothes. The man is short! Then I saw a silver/grey Dodge Ram truck being hoisted into the air by a crane. Pretty cool stuff, but sadly no Jessica Alba

'KalEl1949' also witnessed the filming and said:

I was downtown on Pender on Saturday when I got to watch filming of the Fantastic Four sequel. They started with a clip of Johnny Storm and The Thing coming out of a cake shop with two wedding cakes. The Thing's car is blocked by vans in front and behind so he hands the cakes to Johnny and lifts the car out of the spot and tosses it onto the road. It took a few hours to film all of this but it was definatly quite a sight to see The Thing in full costume, it looks like they've make his brow thicker.

I want a WEDDING!!!! I didnt really want a love triangle so much especially seeing as how SS and Sue never really had a thing in the comics in the first (Didn't this already happen with Doom/Sue in the the first F4 movie?) I just want a comfortable, lovey Sue and Reed relationship.

Oh and yes to Kids as well!!! but we'll save that for the 3rd movie!

Yeah that would be cool to see Sue,Reed,Ben and Johnny all dressed in Wedding attire. Imagine the Tuxedo Thing would wear. It'll end up ripping off like in the first episode of the most recent cartoon thats on Cartoon Network.
