DC solicits

I'll start it here. when the X-Books and DC books ect show up just post if you see em.

Bendis is doine Luke Cage NOIR... that almost like getting his own 4 issue Cage mini. I just wish he was writing a cage mini instead a NOIR mini sinse the character doesn't even have an on going.

oh and Models INC. is in the August solicit for any of us who talked about in the thread when it disappeared in jan/feb. My guess is they didn't want a comic book with MJ in it till she returned in ASM.

And we're getting another fun all ages 4 issue mini starring Iron Man called IRON MAN & THE ARMOR WARS. I hope its as fun As the Doom one

Bruce Banner/Skaar team-up in Incredible Hulk now? And what the f*** is going on with Son of Hulk?

Hercules looks pretty awesome, although I hope Thor at least shows up. It'd be downright unkind for Van Lente and Pak to tease the Thor crossover and then not actually have Thor in it.

PRAISE GOD ALMIGHTY that Pak is writing a Hulk book again. Now we wont have to put up with Loeb's nonsense to read about 616 hulk.

With She-Hulk back-ups, no less. Hopefully not the s***ty new one, though.

wait so are Incredible and Hulk going to be running at the same time now and Hulk is going to be by Loeb, and Incredible by Pak? Also if Incredible is 3.99 but features a 20-25 page main story about Hulk and a 12-22 page back up featuring Hulk related characters that'd be awesome and possibly become a justifiable 3.99 book.

They really want the Avengers books to be like X-Books. do we really have to wait for what ever site gets them. please don't be IGN that site is slow as hell.

I hate Marvel can't they just post all of it on Newsarama.
Does it bug anyone that Deadpool is gonna have 2 ongoing and and a mini running at the same time. I hope Marvel doesn't make him their new Wolverine/Punisher. By that I mean a those 2 characters have 2-3 ongoing titles yet still gets 2-3 one-shots/ and a mini any given month. Which would be great if they were all good, but there have been plenty of Bad Wolverine and Punisher one shots/minis. I hope if they do this with DP they at least put out good stories instead of slapping DP in a sh** story just cause they know it will sell.

The solicit to War of Kings #6 really worry me that Havok is going to be left out of the victory all together. :(

Nova is going to be awesome. I hope Robbie doesn't die.

We've had casting news for both Thor and Loki... could the big week for Thor fans he made complete by the earth-shattering revelation that we're going to have three consecutive months of new issues of Thor? :wow:

*fingers crossed for a Thor #604 solicit.*

More thoughts:

If Dan's done being a pathetic, half-crazy villain, I'll pick up Ghost Riders: Heaven's on Fire. If not, pass. I always liked seeing the two GRs together, but not if they're gonna be trying to kill each other again.

Cool that Hickman/Eaglesham's first FF comic gets a cover by Alan Davis. I loved Davis' covers on the post-Heroes Reborn series. I'll be picking FF up again once the new creative team starts, so I'm looking forward to it.

Holy s***, Cullen Bunn's writing the second Immortal Weapons issue! I'm like 10 times more excited for it than I was before! Read The Damned if you don't know why and then smack yourself for not reading it earlier! :D :D :D

Haha, Lockjaw's got an Infinity Collar on. I love Pet Avengers.

So, I guess Models, Inc. was delayed so that they could take Mary Jane out, judging from that solicitation. Shame. I doubt I'll pick it up, since seeing MJ in an interesting new context is what I was most looking forward to about it.

The Marvels Project sounds interesting, but also like it could go very wrong very easily. I hope Brubaker's up to the task of somehow unifying all of Marvel's history.

War of Kings: Warriors sounds good. Gotta love a Brood story.

I'm really starting to hate Brandon Peterson's overly glossy, computer-colored covers. And why is Gladiator still fighting the Inhumans?

Geez, caught between Ravenous and the Strontian? Things are looking grim for Rich's brother. It'd be pretty ballsy to kill Robbie off and have Rich deal with it, but I hope DnA don't. That'd make Nova much grimmer, and I like the balance they've struck with his hard, grizzled soldier side and youthful, almost goofy enthusiasm. I don't need another cosmic Wolverine; I've already got Drax.

On the other hand, I kind of wish Havok could stick around in Guardians of the Galaxy or we could get a more cosmic Starjammers series (i.e. something that doesn't feel like the X-Men's leftovers, like all the Starjammers mini-series have). I wonder what Warlock's gonna do to change the cosmos and whether it has anything to do with the Universal Church of Truth's cocoon.

Damn, Professor X's reasons for joining the Dark X-Men aren't revealed until August? I'm really curious about that.

Da fug is up with Spider-Man's perfect orb head on that Ultimate Spider-Man cover?

I never thought I'd say this, but Madrox needs to lose the beard. He just looks weird with it. Anyway, I'm curious to see how Shatterstar's going to fit into the X-Factor dynamic.

I see Neutron fighting Gorgon on that WoK cover :D:D:D:D:D:D

Olivetti's over-muscled art finally looks appropriate for once on that Hulk cover lol

I know the Imperial Guard are all Legion ripoffs, but the Brainiac dude is really blatant.

He said in an interview that he's not out to introduce some sort of huge conspiracy or whatever that ties all the characters' origins together. This is just a big story set in that time period involving a large cast.

Well, it seems the marketing department didn't consult Brubaker on that. The solicitation makes it sound very conspiracy-ish.

Yeah, and Karnak kicking Brainiac 5 in the face.

Haha, I thought the same thing. I love Brainiac 5 and have now decided I want to see him use his smarts against the Inhumans and watch the many ways in which he can defeat them through sheer mental abilities.

So wait....there's going to be TWO Hulk ongoings now?

Mind you, i'm all for it, but i'd like the 2nd book to offer something unique...otherwise, it's like when they had four or more Spidey books coming out each month, all of which were kind of the same thing over and over...

From the look of it, Hulk is going to feature the red Hulk and Incredible is going to feature Skaar, Banner, and She-Hulk. So that's pretty different.

Yeah. I'm one of the few that dont mind the Red Hulk stuff too much, so that's fine with ME, but honestly; i would have LOVED to see The Defenders get an ongoing instead, especially in light of the fact that they just recently (kind of) reunited in Hulk's book...

plus one Hulk book will be for the fans of Jeff Loeb's direction, and the other will be for everyone who hates Jeff Loeb's writing.

As long as I get to keep reading about Skaar, I'm good. I actually don't care about the Hulk, red or otherwise, at all at this point. Banner, on the other hand, if he's staying as Banner in Incredible, could prove interesting.

aren't theyall cherry picked throughout the multiverse or something
