Which is also why I think it'll be tough for Ben to pull a win here, even with sonic claps. Keep in mind it's a full parking lot...So 1 explosion is most likely going to start a chain reaction.

You guys gotta be kidding me. Our boy Benjy would make short work of Venom. He's in his element too. If he runs outta cars he'll just go underground and blast him with a pipe full of water, gas, or electricity.

Ben is way to smart to NOT beat Venom's ass. Plus Ben's got the edge in experience. Alien tactics is what this Imaginaut does for a living.

And when it comes to Willpower there's no beating Ben Grimm.

Easily? I really disagree there. This was a much debated match up on my previous forum. Venom has the strength to "slug" it out with Thing as well as toss him around with the sybmiote. Yes, Thing clearly has the experience edge but I doubt that means this will be an easy win for him. Just look at what happend to him vs Wolverine in Enemy of the State

Franklin, I'm not trying to bash Thing here, I'd only put a match which I honestly view as even or debatable. Saying Thing has intellect and experience over Venom should help, but Spider-Man has the exact same and we've seen the outcome to many of their bouts...

But then he picks himself up and proceeds to wipe his ass with Venom. Ben has faced many enemies who have tried to suffocate him and use distance as a tactic to stay away from his best sunday punch. But he always gets the win. Some instances come to mind :

Diablo's Water Elementals
Paste Pot Pete
Sandman
Hydroman
Red Ghost's apes
Terrax
Absorbing Man


But he always gets in on them and then it's all over. I'd also like to point out my trump card again.

Ben's Willpower.

I'll throw my lot in with the Thing. This would definitely be a fight to the finish. Wouldn't the explosion of at least one car be enough to weaken the symbiote? If so, Ben's got plenty of opportunities for a victory. If not, Ben will outlast Venom and take the victory.

Yeah, heat and sonics are vulnerabilities of Venom, they're not like his Kryptonite or Achilles' heel. Instead of sound and fire allowing you to destroy him it's more like, you stand a better chance at not dying with them.

Cmon Grimm you can do it, ps if it was the vemon from Spiderman 3, he will only be in the fight for five mins, Ben would knock a couple of poles together and sam raimi will get caught in the cross fire.
