He only had to eat it once. If Cap gets in with the Super Soldier Suerm, then I see no reason why the Panther can't with his heart shaped herb.
 
If we're including serums, herbs, and genetic tampering of ANY kind, this'll never end between Cap and BP. I'll say the Punisher is the strongest human, all his own.

No fighting skill involved, just the guy with the highest benchpress max-out.

in 70 the other heros nickname cap the old leather because the cap's suit was made of leather in iron mail in40' in after 1963 kept is old suit a very long time you dont remeber 60'S and the 70's (captain america and the falcon area)

cap suit was made of leather in other heros (today heros)was made of spandex dont forget cap was 40's heros the suit was made of leather now in 2008 sorry in 2000'S cap suit is made like other heros like spadex ,kevlar, nomex or technora more light and durable

yes your right about this the suit was not totally all chain mail . the chain mail was for the chest and shoulder but the lower arm ,the leg ,the glove ,the boot and mask was leather
 
i was not sure where to start this question, i would have started a new thread but i cant because i just signed up, i wanna make a list of the top 100 superheroes of all time, but i dont know where to start and kinda want to get other peoples feelings kinda like a voting but i dont know how to go about it. any ideas let me know.

So elite athletes in the NBA, NFL and competitive olympians don't count as the peak of human physical fitness? And Cap works out hard. It's not something he was born with...

no because Cap is peak in every single category. the worlds fastest runner isn't the worlds strongest man, that would be impossible, but because of the serum Cap is capable of that

He got it through drinking a serum so in a way he was born with it. His work outs maintainned it but in no way did they permit him to attain it.
 
The original Big Ben Donovan was estimated at lifting roughly 425lbs.

And he was a normal guy.

Ive always agreed with your position.

In nature you don't get the strongest man who's ever lived, fastest sprinter whose ever lived, most agile yada..in ONE person. This has a super low probability of occuring ergo it is Super human.

The fact that it has NEVER manifested itself in our world makes it so too.

Btw what about Taskmaster...

I'd put him tops.
 
I have to agree with most of the original post except that Wolverine is stronger then Daredevil. He has to be because he carries an extra 300lbs of Adamantium around with him. carrying around all of that weight all of the time he has grown stronger.:wolverine
