Marvel & Economics...please help

Hey guys, we're doing a company project in our Econ class.... I've found most of the information I need...but I'm having troubble finding some stuff. The ones I'm having problems with are
-where manufacturing sites are located
-time&location of annual stockholders meeting
-prospects for future growth and earnings
-stock preformance

and stuff like that. Really, the hardest things for me to find are the first three subjects....so if anyone knows any of the answers to probmlems that would be great...or if Avi Arad jumps roams around these boards it'd just be great if you could help me out a bit.

So if anyone could help out, it'd be much appreciated

First of all, get hold of the annual report and more importantly a 10-k (which is an annual report). Most of the information will be there if you look.

Stock performance, you can use Hoovers or Facset or Bloomberg. I think even Yahoo allows you to download the daily prices.

Ideally, you would want to get your hands on a research report but they tend to cost money. Merril Lynch use to have a 3 month trial where you could download theirs.

The information you ask for is not too difficult to find if you are willing to spend the time to look.

Your first stop should be the marvel coporate website and their whole investor relations section.

Thanks guys, and yeah, if anyone has a link to that thread it would be great.

I've been using Yahoo finance and I've gotten a lot out of that, it's just the things like the stockholder's meeting that's hard to get a hold of.

Look up edgars filings - Shareholder's meetings have to be filed. I forgot the name of the form but you should find it readily.

I looked up the site, but I don't know what kind of form I need to be searching for for the Shareholder's meetings. I found lots of forms from Marvel but I don't know how to find the one I need
