Kingdom Come is a brilliant story, my only concern is that if you're a complete DC newbie, you may not recognize a good number of the characters involved and my either get turned off, confused, or fail to appreciate what it means when certain characters you're unfamiliar with show up. KC involves dozens of characters
I thought it was a fun superhero yarn. It was basically an extended JLA story, which is always good if Grant Morrison's writing. Good luck trying to track down all of the tie-ins to it, though. There were a crapload of them. Some were really good, though. Resurrection Man, Green Lantern, and Green Arrow spring to mind as memorably good. Supergirl's tie-in was goofy but fun.SouLeSS said:I heard DC One Million was pretty good.
