If Colossus and Juggernaut had actually fought each other(which is a no brainer), then I would have given it to X-men. The fact that just about all the mutants on Magneto's side had the ability to jump incredibly high and far was just stupid.

Wolverine and Sabretooth vs Weapon XI. Its a terrible movie, and Weapon XI is a terrible villain, but the final fight has some style. Whereas I find the Abomination *vastly* overrated.
