The D23 trailer looked very good.
It's hard to tell, but it would be Nice if the different helmets had slight design/function changes, other than just being a different color.![]()
Hmm, new all black masK?
Nice to see the grounded fights are back.
First thing Disney did with these characters was DD into a CG charicature, in SH
and then clown King Pin in (Bullseye).
So my expectations were low. Though hopefully they are back to form here?
Not sure where they've taken him in the comics, yet as far as I know, he's not really a gadget/tech guy. It's hard to tell, but it would be Nice if the different helmets had slight design/function changes, other than just being a different color.
Name only. Season 3 of the previous show was basically an adaptation of Born Again.I haven't been following this closely, are they actually adapting the "Born Again" storyline or is it just in name only?
The tagline that runs in the trailer: “The Devil’s Work Is Never Done.”
Marvel President Kevin Feige also confirmed a season 2 will be shooting soon.
Man I need to rewatch S3... been too long.Name only. Season 3 of the previous show was basically an adaptation of Born Again.
Loved the trailer. I love that this pretty much reaffirms that this is essentially Daredevil season 4. The confrontation between Matt and Fisk looked TENSE. Cox and D'Onofrio look back in full form. I wanna see KINGPIN back, not the clown we saw in Echo.
I agree on the fights, but I do hope they keep a little bit of the acrobatic flair they gave DD in She-Hulk.Nice to see the grounded fights are back.
First thing Disney did with this character, was turn DD into an outrageous CG generated fighting caricature in SHulk
and then clowned Kingpin where he was written as a dismissive joke in Hawkeye and Echo.
So my expectations were low.
Though hopefully it looks like they are back to form here?
I get the reason, now that Daredevil is effectively part of this larger world, but I also hope it stays largely self-contained. Would it be nice to see other characters from the greater MCU, major or minor, pop up? Sure, but I'd prefer that this just tell its story and not be concerned with what else is happening in the universe, much like the other Netflix shows did. Hopefully he just means someone like good old Turk Barrett.
He already made the character his own, but nice to know these two somewhat connected, on bringing the character to life.
Or at least on how to convincingly shoot at $%!# !
