Im not fond on either of them but Cap Marvel was always pretty damn stupid to me. And cyborg never seems like he has any personality but i loved the Teen Titans cartoon so Ill go with Cyborg

and i grew up with the KREE MARVEL!! i dint know Shazam with years later! MAR-VELL is cool! he's kinda like if that captain dude in in the flick " 300" who got his eye put out and Leonidas sent home said "you know... F^&* THIS SPARTA S^&*!! I am gong to earth!hehe

Shazam aka Captain Marvel is a bit on the weird side or goof side, I'll give you that, however, it's those unique qualities that make him rather unique in the world of superheroes. I never had an issue with a boy transforming into a superhero or in this case Billy Batson turning into Captain Marvel, that was/is rather awesome in my humble opinion. The only issue I'll yield to you is that DC should delete some of the really silly characters in Shazam such as the aforementioned "tiger" & Uncle Marvel among others who are lame.

Although with a codename that has a sort of serpent moniker, the Joint Chiefs Of Staff & Colonel Sharp would be wary.
