What is "Marvel Zombies" i heard of it..but i never bothered to read it.Is it good?
They are non-romero-esque Zombies. They retain their powers, mobility, and intelligence, with the exceptions of healing powers. They also have an irressistable urge to devour human flesh. They taste foul to one-another, and are rotting. Destroying the bulk of the brain is the only way to kill them.
It's a spin off of UFF. In an alternate reality (time frame roughly seventies or eighties 616) a hero (That looked a lot like Sentry) from ANOTHER alternate reality came infected with a zombie virus. The Avengers were the first response team. They got infected, went back to the Avenger's Mansion, ate Jarvis, and called in the reservists. After infecting the reservists, they went on a rampage (Spidey was infected at this point too). When Mystique was infected she infected Quicksilver (by turning into Wanda). Quicksilver infected heroes in the rest of the world.
Survivors gathered in a helicarrier, and tried to fight a war against these creatures, but were loosing (despite the fact that Magneto joined). Then they were betrayed by Reed, who infected the FF who infected him. They infected the rest of the survivors, but not before they destroyed the dimensional portal they were working on. All of this is covered in Marvel ZOmbies: Dead Days and Marvel Zombies Vs Army of Darkness.
The Zombie FF (ZFF) contacted the UFF and convinced them to open a dimensional gateway to their world. THey did, but were able to shut it all down with the help of the Zombie World's non-zombie magneto. The ZFF managed to get into the Ulitmate-verse, but were contained. All of this was in the Crossover story arch in UFF.
Magneto was trapped with the zombies. He fled, taking out a couple of super-powered zombies along the way, but ultimately succumbed to his pursuers. They ripped him apart... graphically. The Zombies gathered together only to be shocked by the appearance of the Silver Surfer. As he attempted to give them their ultimatum, They attacked. Eventually Hulk was the one who managed to take him down, though Wolverine, Iron Man, Giant Man, Spider-Man, Captain America, and Luke Cage all got peices too. They quickly discovered that this also gave them portions of the Surfer's cosmic power (Especially good for Iron Man who was now missing the lower half of his body). They destroyed and devoured the rest of their kind, only to find themselves face to face with What the Surfer was warning them about. Galactus began to set up his aparatus while the Zombies came up with a plan of how to beat (and eat) him. after a few days of planning, they managed to do so and fed on him.

In a UFF story arch called Frightful, the Zombie Four escape and attempt to bring more of their friends through, but Reed, in Doom's body, shows up, pwns them all. Doom, in Reed's body, is so embarassed that he swaps back. Doom in Doom's body goes through the portal that the zombies opened and issues a very bad-ass challenge to the Zombies he finds there, who are at the time feeding up on Galactus.
I have left out the story of Ash J. Williams in the Marvel Zombies universe, and the sub story of Zombie-Universe non-zombie Black Panther, and the story of 616 Black Panther leaping into the Zombie Universe Skrull home world as the Galactus-powered ZOmbies are feeding on the Skrulls.
