that is serious bull****. its a 360 exclusive those with a ps3 shouldn't get it. us 360 users dont get uncharted 2 or infamous so why the **** do they get mass effect?! i have both but now i feel like i could have saved my money with just a ps3.

It's not an exclusive. The first one was published by MS and then EA bought BioWare and released it for the PC. The second one was published by EA on both the 360 and PC. It was really a matter of time.

It's just Mass Effect 2 though and they didn't mention any extra content, so that's good for those with a 360 only.

I'll be happy when 360 users get either Uncharted 2 or InFamous. It's really not fair that 360 has nothing going for it anymore. The 360 is only good for Halo and Fable now.

I agree that it kinda sucks the 360 seems to be having less and less exclusives, because even though I have a PS3, I'm more of a 360 fan. I only have LBP, Uncharted and Uncharted 2 on PS3. This isn't the same with Uncharted 2 and inFamous though. Those are from Sony owned studios. They can't release those on the 360.

I don't see how a Sequel without the Original will work & it seems no one knows which Mass Effect will go to the PS3. Since Microsoft published the first one I doubt that will get ported

That's because Sony owns the Uncharted and inFamous IPs. They put in the time, effort, and money into those games. Why would Sony put their own game on a competitor's console. Mass Effect's IP on the other hand is owned by Electronic Arts after EA bought BioWare and the second game was funded, developed, and published by EA. They can do whatever they want with it.

Maybe Microsoft should have bought BioWare instead of Electronic Arts, and considering the relationship that Microsoft and BioWare had, I'm willing to bet that BioWare was more than willing to do so. Or maybe Microsoft shouldn't have let their first party efforts become such an embarassing joke because the only way anything is going to be exclusive anymore is if it's at least published by Sony or Microsoft. If Microsoft kept Bungie, didn't turn Rare into Wii-rip off Kinect Central, and bought more developers such as BioWare we would be seeing more high quality 360 exclusives.

EA published the first game on the PC. Maybe they can do the same with a PS3 version of the first game. Doubt it, but maybe.

I am pretty sure Microsoft has some say in them porting the first one to the PS3 & after how Sony cock blocked Microsoft with the Ghostbusters Game when it came to updates etc I don't see Microsoft doing Sony any favors if they do have any say in this

Sony just gained timed exclusivity for Ghostbusters in Europe, it didn't affect the game at all in North America.

Besides, Sony also owns the Ghostbusters IP, it makes me wonder why Sony didn't give the game to one of their own developers and have it be 100% exclusive as opposed to having a multiplatform release.

No, they might put the brakes on releasing the part 1, but there can be a synopsis of the first. I'm thinking they can do something like the MGS Database that was released when MGS4 came out. Time will tell.

They both may own it but I doubt EA can just port the first one on the PS3 without an agreement between all owners. Good way to get sued if they do. All I know is for Next Gen Microsoft needs to rethink their gaming strategy. They can not just survive on Halo & Fable & Gears. I would think most would buy Call Of Duty on the 360 now due to their Exclusive DLC deal for the next few years
