Why anyone would still live in Texas is beyond me. The power grid fails regularly. Guns are abundant and unregulated. And the governor cares more about pardoning a white supremacist than helping its citizens.

As of right now, the only fatality that CNN confirms is the shooter.

As one of their experts said.....even though 9 people were taken to the hospital, there could be multiple people dead that they didn't bother yet to take to the hospital.

One report says the wounded range from 5 years old to 61.

Awful. MSNBC confirmed the shooter was dead and had acted alone. They say there were fatalities but no number or ages. If it's true a 5 year was killed that makes this all the more terrible.

Just checking to see what happened on Twitter and saw some horrifying video of the dead, damn all those with the power to stop this kind of stuff and who continue to just be okay with *that* on a daily basis.

It’s odd they aren’t reporting fatality and only injured. At this point, they know and for some reason aren’t reporting.

Horrifying. One woman interviewed said she just wants to move out, as in flee the state, and I don't blame her one bit. This is awful.

At this point I look at a news site and expect to see news of a new shooting. It’s not even a surprise anymore.

There is a reason why Megyn Kelly was screaming about how the gun debate is over. Its because they see the next generation absolutely not buying what the NRA is selling.

This is why the debate is over...because these people just dont understand it.
For them Freedom literally is Guns, because the Republicans have pushed this idea so hard and brainwashed them to no end.

They rather walk around thinking everyone is about to kill them, constantly having their hands on their guns etc.
They rather sacrifice their own children and family, because they have been taught that.

The debate is over because they can not even grasp the concept of what actual freedom is.
The basic concept a society without guns, is impossible to understand for them.
