Given how Hulk spent that fight getting ragdolled, and Fenris broke skin, she was clearly above Hulk.

She brought up Hulk stopping Fenris by grabbing her by the tail mid sprint, holding her jaws open, and body slamming her.

Hulk grabbed Fenris and took her from midsprint in one direction to being dragged backwards in the other:

He grabbed her jaw open (hugely strong part of a real wolf) and then turned that into a body slam:

And then when Fenris did manage to bite him/hold him under water he only needed one clean punch to get free/send her over the waterfall:

I don't buy that she's above Hulk. I definitely don't buy that she's a whole tier above Hulk (i.e. also above Thor, Vision, Dr Strange, Ghost Rider, Ultron Prime)
