Infinity War MCU Mjolnir or MCU Stormbreaker (Which was better?)

Well... question: Can Stormbreaker come back to Thor's hand like Mjolnir... cause that seemed very handy. In the past, it felt like Thor flew by Mjolnir's magic, but now that doesn't seem to be the case...

I prefer him flying unaided.

Mjolnir for the nostalgia factor. And come on, Thor had a special relationship with that hammer.

It had a cooler name too. We haven't seen much of Stormbreaker, there may be some things it can't do, that Mjolnir could e.g. Stormbreaker may not have the worthiness enchantment that Mjolnir did. Hulk couldn't lift Mjolnir off his hand, because of that enchantment, nor could the Dragon lift its head while Mjolnir held it down - but that enchantment was placed on it by the All-Father.

Thor was very creative with how he made use of that enchantment, and he used it effectively in combat - which made Mjolnir interesting.

So, Mjolnir all the way.

I don't necessarily care either way. It's just a choice in front of the MCU. Is Thor an Asguardian with royal lineage and a magical weapon... or is he the God of Thunder... above all other Asguardians, and his weapon is a useful tool that helps him use his powers. It seems like they started out with Thor as the former, and now they're going with Thor as the latter.

I don't know how I feel about that yet. Still processing.

Stormbreaker looks cooler though, and the fact that it can teleport puts it above Mjolnir. However, I don't know if Stormbreaker can come to Thor from anywhere like Mjolnir can, and I doubt that it packs as big of a wallop as Mjolnir did.
Overall, the big difference, to me, isn't between the two weapons. The bigger difference is between Thor pre Ragnarok and post Ragnarok. Basically, Thor can kick all kinds of butt with lightning that he never did before when he had Mjolnir.

I like Mjolnir if we're talking about traditional, iconic Thor weapons but Stormbreaker is on a whole other power and ability level in the MCU.

Dude this is badass and a perfect ground slam comparison.

I don't know who's lightning effects I like better, Taika's in Ragnarok or The Russos in Infinity War.

They both are top notch and leagues above anything in Thor 1, TDW, Avengers 1, and Age of Ultron.

I hope Thor keeps Stormbreaker. If they bring back Mjolnir somehow, Beta Ray Bill should get it instead of Stormbreaker in the MCU.
