The first thing I thought when i saw the title was " Skyrim "
But yeah this is pretty cool. I cant imagine a day when soldiers actually wear stuff like this. But it seems to be possible

When I saw the name TALOS I immediately thought of this guy:

The TALOS is a neat concept but nowhere near implementation. They're closer to developing the Human Universal Load Carrier, though. Which means the US military will soon have an Army and a HULC.
