Mel Gibson to Star in Edge of Darkness

Anyone else think Payback is an underrated film? I think it's great.

Yeah. So is Gibson's Hamlet. He is a great actor imo.

I'm not sure what makes me happier; knowing Mel Gibson will be in a movie (that looks like it will be awesome) again, or seeing how so many people are excited by this. For a long time now, I've heard to many people crapping on Mel for The Passion and his drunken mistakes; so its good to see people seperate the fallible man from his excellent art.

i mean, i miss actors like Mel because when he's in a movie or when he's doing an interview he's so charismatic. You rarely get that anymore in the younger actors, you know? I feel like some of the new generation come to Hollywood for the wrong reasons (fame, clubbing).

Mel is 100% the man. he is a good actor and a good director. it was sad that he didnt act anymore for years.

looks good. we saw a lot of those kind of movies but i will watch this because of him and Campbel
