Ok, so this guy apparently emailed Uwe Boll through his aol account. Apparently its really him. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

I e-mailed Uwe Boll today to ask if Boll-KG is really him. This is his reply:

Here is Uwe Boll. I don't go on message boards but I read message boards. I wanna congratulate you all that you finally managed it to help to destroy me. You should be all really proud of you. Also IMDB should be proud in opening up my movies for votes almost a year before they are getting released and giving the 1 point votes between 200 and 300% more impact as the 9 or 10 point votes. KING has a 4.1 rating - but the real rating would be 6.2 if every vote would count as 1 vote. I was the only independent director/producer not financed or attached to a Major or a daughter company of a Major who made big movies. I worked since 1991 my ass off to get into movies and I worked every single day since then. You hate me, you wrote against me, you hate my movies and you made the critics hate me and you made the theaters not believing in me. Good job. Now POSTAL, SEED, 1968-TUNNEL RATS - maybe the best three movies I did will not get out there in the theaters anymore.
You prefer movies like FIRST SUNDAY, ONE MISSED CALL, 27 DRESSES, CLOVERFIELD - good choices.

I love Uwe movies. They are so horrible they are fun to watch if you're bored as hell and they're on TV. HOWEVER, his movies do NOT belong in the theater. They should be straight to DVD, or even Sci-Fi channel crap at best. With theater prices up to $10, I just can't see myself paying to see Uwe-fests in the theater ever again. I'll watch them on TV, or maybe a rental though. Long live Uwe!

No, Uwe Boll's grammar really is awful. He is a member of IGN and posts over there every now and then. His username is "Uwe-Boll" and he regularly addresses messages for him in the Boll film section. That's probably him too.
