Quantumania Michael Douglas is Hank Pym

I liked that Michael was able to bring his sense of charisma to the role of Hank Pym. He knows exactly what type of film he’s in and he delivers a noteworthy performance. My favorite part was in
the third act, when he came in with the full armada of Ants to the battle walking tall like a Boss in style.

I really thought they would show him in an Ant-Man suit. Would have been cool to see him and Janet in the original Ant-Man and Wasp suits.

In the flashback technically we did see Janet as The Wasp. As for Hank, we kinda did in Ant-Man & The Wasp with his Quantum suit minus the helmet.

I wanted to see them all together in action (in their full suits). Oh well

Shout out to Hank Pym for saving $7 by wasting hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of a drop of Pym particles to enlarge a pizza. :o

I have got say, the scene at the end where
Hank just waltzes out at the head of the giant ant army is maybe my favorite moment of any Marvel movie. Total “oh wait you thought you were the butt-kicking super scientist of this movie? Eat me ant-butt! I’m Hank tugging Pym.” Moment. And Douglas carries it off like it’s nothing. So great!

Hah, indeed.
. . . has had major 'I am a semi-domesticated mad scientist' energy since his very first appearance. Him providing the critical push, by virtue of borderline supervillain mad science? Is exactly the kind of role he should serve. And also, quite necessary, because they did a pretty good job of establishing that Kang was beyond the rest of Team Ant. They needed a ringer. *ahem*

Michael Douglas has put in his dues .

I've been watching him literally since childhood and his one of our great actors.

If you're a Millennial poster , who maybe hasn't checked out his work outside of the MCU, here's a list of several of his films, I highly recommend.

They should have just killed him off in Quantumania.

Or, better yet, not made Quantumania at all.

I haven't seen any of those films.

Looking at his filmography, I have also seen him in Marvel movies.

Well, if you're into R rated thrillers and dramas , I'd check them out.
Romancing The Stone is a action, Romantic Comedy, and War Of The Roses ,is a dark comedy.

They're from the 80s and 90s, so they're inevitably dated, but several of them are among his classics like Fatal Attraction , Wall Street, and Basic Instinct , are the ones people usually talk about when they discuss Michael Douglas.

I have heard about those films. I just haven't had the time to watch them.
