Michael Gough passes away at 94

Can't say that it's shocking, since he was getting up there in age, but still, RIP Michael, the Alfred many of us grew up with.

Right, not shocking, but damn. For a while before BB came out, I thought he was actually dead then.

BEST live action Alfred, hands down. The only other movie I've seen him in is Sleepy Hollow, but I'm sure he was just as phenomenonal in his other 100 movies as he was in these.

he was a great actor and played an amazing Alfred. i like Michael Caine's Alfred, but Michael Gough is the Alfred of my childhood. in addition, he was the saving grace to an otherwise attrocious film in Batman & Robin.

For many of you that don't know, Michael Gough was an established and amazing actor, appearing in over 100 films.

Including playing a bat ..... well a vampire.
