The Original Sin secret for this is that Luke's dad teamed up with Blade and the Blue Marvel back in the '70s, right? Has that been any good? I wanted to read it but I still don't want to support Greg Land in any way.

We don't know that he's the leader. Braddock wasn't the leader of Captain Britain & MI 13 for example. Not to mention these aren't "the black Avengers"...unless White Tiger, She-Hulk and Spidey are black suddenly.

i love this book right now. i realllllllllly loved the action with white tiger the past few issues and this original sin tie in, in my opinion is the best out of all of them. Just because i am really loving the story so for, the line up is what keeps me intrigued and the *****ing and banter between the characters, i love it.

wooooooooo thats amazing news to me! I've been re reading this run this weekend and its got me pumped for all the changes. I cant wait, Ewing is doing a great job

I'm looking forward to the relaunch. I've decided to drop Uncanny Avengers and Captain America because Rick Remender's writing is just too inconsistent for me. Some issues of those series are great, but the majority are either boring or stupid. So I'm gonna start picking this up as my non-Hickman Avengers comic once it relaunches, since Greg Land will finally be gone for good as of then.

For real, though, Luke Cage needs a damn costume again.
