Iron Man 2 so how does incredible hulk ending fit in with iron man 2?

Ok TIH didn't do well at the box .. yet US fans liked it, it had good reviews.

It seems to me to make sense to have him in Avengers in some form, if not who else will be the bad guy .. the Skrulls!?

I really enjoyed the Hulk, would have liked it to have been longer, but within this new Marvel line it fits well so far.

I'd rather have the Skrulls the chitari(sp) anyone, than have the Hulk as the main villain throughout the movie.

It would be a waste of movie.

Well it won't be just the Hulk, it'll be Loki controlling Hulk.

I'm guessing that S.H.I.E.L.D. helps out the military to capture the Hulk, not for the same reasons as General Ross, but trying to keep him at bay as perhaps they realize he could be vulnerable to someone as powerful as Loki(I have a theory that Nick Fury is aware of Asgard before Thor even came down to Earth).

That's my only guess, and that Stark asks the General to join the team so him and S.H.I.E.L.D. could be on the same level to keep Ross from trying to extract Bruce's DNA as that was his initial goal during The Incredible Hulk.

To be more specific, THIS

is happening at the exact same time as THIS

I think the campus scene happens while Fury is sitting in the diner with Tony. Fury did say something about having "a HUGE problem right now in the south east/west"?

I think he is talking about Thor, not the Hulk.

So we should have a villain from a previous movie that already got defeated controlling a hero.

Screw that, they need to give us epic fight scenes, they need to give us a real reason why Nick Fury is assembling a team as powerful as this.

since the movie doesn't come out till friday.. how do you guys know all this stuff?

it's been out in the uk for a good few days now

i have no problem with loki controlling the hulk, it builds up the moment the hulk regains control and goes ape **** but...... as long as loki isn't the only villain we need a cabal

Well, for one, we don't know if Loki will be defeated in the Thor film. Loki could end up escaping after a battle, as with Marvel's films, the villain usually dies, but Loki is still living by the time the Avengers movie comes up, so Loki might escape knowing that there is something bigger he can do, which is controlling the mind of the Hulk. Perhaps someone tells him, or maybe he'll know mid-movie by himself. I could actually see a re-imagining of the events we saw in the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance game, except for instead of Loki leading massive super soldiers to Asgard, he controls Hulk, which he has break into Abomination's cell and then controls both monsters while he has them do his dirty work with destroying S.H.I.E.L.D.'s forces, etc.

And we know that Fury is assembling a team to gather up these superheroes so they'll work for the government(with no "anti-heroes"), and it seems very possible that we may be getting a Civil War-esque Avengers sequel, imo.

If he says South West, he means Thor. The Incredible Hulk took place in South America, Virginia, New York and Canada.
