Mission: Impossible 3

TheVileOne...LIKED something?!?! Haha. Well thanks for the review. I never watched any of Alias or any of that stuff so I am guessing that is good for me?? Sounds like it will be fun for me personally. Now I jus hope the X3 and SR trailers are attached.

Blow it out your rear, I like plenty of things. It's just more convenient for you that I don't.

lol@ his feelings being caught

Well I'm checking a screening of this tommorrow so let's see how it is

I have no high expectations for this movie, I simply want to be entertained and TVO is it any wonder why people are surprised with your likeness towards MI3? When you say it has some Bay element to it and we all know how you feel about him...

I have no choice but to see MI3 this weekend due to my wife's love of Alias and JJ Abrams. Hopefully Abrams didn't try to make Ethan Hunt too much like Sydney Bristow, since the character elements that make Jen Garner endearing on Alias would quite annoying if transfered to Tom Cruise.

I'm expecting around a 7/10 rated movie - let's see if I'm right.

Well, WOTW did semi well review wise last year, so I'm not expecting this one to have 90% across the board on that tomato meter thing, but more in the realm of 60%-75%

RedIsNotBlue was just being an ass because I'm not being a perfect little Ghost Rider cheerleader.

As for the Bay element, Abrams was a writer on Armageddon. The other screenwriters worked on The Island, which was crap.

Basically it's a decent, fun movie, you will be entertained, but it's certainly not a "phenomenal" movie.

Mixed views, most agree that Routh and Bosworth seem good in their roles And the film's cinematography is stunning but the Lex portrayl and the tone has divided the forum along with the news that the kid is Supes

I honestly kind of agree with that. Thing is, Spacey doesn't look like he's doing Gene Hackman. He looks like he's doing Dr. Evil.

Clancy Brown is still the best Luthor IMHO.

I agree,Dr Evil on growth hormones was one of the things that i thought of when i saw the scene's at the end

Luthor - "Stanford, what is the status of my dastardly plan?"

Stanford - "Ummm, the one where you drop half of the country into the ocean?"

Luthor - "WTF? What kind of plan is that?"

Stanford - "Ummm, yours, sir."

Luthor - "Goddamn, I really am Dr. Evil, aren't I? What, were there no sharks with fricking laser beams attached to their heads available?"

let me see if I get this, hunter...

we can't mention how big of an a$$hole Cruise is, but we can complain about Spacey as Luthor?

I don't want to stirr up any s#!t, but it doesn't make sense.
