but be realistic.........so here's what I'm thinking......pick.....8 two packs (two waves) and one HTS Exclusive per wave....so 10 two packs.

But they gotta seem real, ie not slapstick and cutthroat.....so I want to see something that might actually happen, so....two characters that are related in some way or were together in an arc or something....oh and one of them's got to be popular enough to sell..but really only in two....the other two can dip a little in popularity but not a lot......and yes liverties can be taken like Clint Ronin being with Elektra even though it was Echo.......So.....have fun....oh and the Exclusives are where you can put the lesser knowns.

the swappable heads come with a peter parker head and a JJJ head
that way people will want the variant set and still be able to get 4 all new characters (well 3,but who cant use another spiderman,especially an unmasked one?)
and for accessories spiderman can have swappable hands (thwip hands and punching hands) and chameleon and have a gun and a brief case that can open with folded up masks of spiderman and aunt may

this is an extremely plausible set and tell me you guys would not buy that set

and i dont think you understand how a variant works
its usually the same base body with maybe a new head or a new set of hands or something
not a totally different character
jjj cant be a variant of tombstone,hes way smaller
toxin cant be a variant of venom,he has all that ooze coming off him
colossus cant be a nick fury variant....for obvious reason.....and nick fury just came out anyway
movie sabretooth looks way diff than comic sabretooth
and almost every other one you said isnt plausible,but im too lazy to go through all of them

I meant a battle damaged Wolverine... so I can recreate that scene... I miss the battle damaged figs... I feel it's much better than Scuba diving Spidey or Pink and Green babysitting Wolverine...
