We’re all very excited about the next volume of Heroes(volume 5) called “REDEMPTION.” All of our characters, in way or another, return to their normal lives after the turmoil and tragedy of “FUGITIVES.”

One of the big issues we’ll be exploring is how should a person with abilities live his or her life. Should they try to assimilate by hiding their abilities, or should they live more honestly, exposing their powers to the world?

Claire will be at the forefront of that issue, starting college in Washington, D.C., and trying to discover, as all college kids do, who she really is. But re-adjusting to normal life won’t be easy, especially when Claire is caught in the crossfire of her parent’s divorce and a mysterious suicide on campus.

Meanwhile, Peter and Nathan are trying to get their lives back on track. Peter is trying to be a hero in the purest sense — saving on life at a time. But that means cutting himself off from friends and family. It’s only when Peter makes a romantic connection with a fascinating new “powerful” woman that he’ll find out that life means staying connected to others. Nathan is discovering new things about himself everyday, mostly due to the fact that he’s actually Sylar.

Matt will have to live with the guilt of what he did to Sylar; making his attempts to live a normal life with his wife and child virtually impossible.

Noah Bennet (HRG), with the help of Tracy Strauss, Angela Petrelli and all of our Heroes, is tasked with forming a new COMPANY. But that new organization won’t be concerned with conspiracies and prisons anymore. It will be about people. Finding them. Connecting to them. And figuring out why so many of them have been seduced by another “organization” out there that treats people with abilities in a fascinating, dangerous and potentially deadly new way.

There yah have it. Enjoy folks, to me Claires storyline sounds the most lame but that's me.

Sounds boring. And yet again Peter will be the one being the big hero again, and why doesnt he just go back to nursing? Which hopefully he does since he needs to make a living somehow.

Claire's storyline actually sounds the best, probably second to the one with Angela/Tracy/Noah.

I just hope they KEEP her in college and not run her out on some over the top storyline like in Villains. Her being in college has potential for a great storyline for her character since she needs one badly.

I find it very hard to get excited about any Heroes details anymore. Every season, I hear things that sound interesting, and every season, the writers find new ways to execute things poorly. So, yeah.

Claire's storyline could be interesting, but I doubt it will be. It seems like every season, we see some variation of her trying to "discover" herself. I know she's young, but I'm tired of it. Four seasons in, and she still seems so clueless. So do the writers.

Sounds like Peter is going to be emo and get a new love interest. He'll probably forget her by the middle of the season. She'll either die or walk into the next room and never be seen or heard from again.

Matt sounds pathetic (I'm not too terribly surprised). He feels guilty? Hopefully, they mean he feels guilty for not killing Sylar's ass and brainwashing Bennet and Angela into loving it when he had the chance, NOT that he feels guilty about having played with poor little Gabriel's mind.

The formation of the new Company could be promising, but I'm a little wary of this other sinister "organization" that's out there. I'm getting sick of sinister organizations. First, it was the Company, then it was Pinehearst, then it was the government, and now it's whatever this thing is.

I'll tune in for it, but my expectations are quite low.

I couldnt even get through two sentences of that without just not giving a ****.

So why do you even come and post since you don't give a ****? I think we got the point from you like five posts ago?

Well yah I am curious how Peter will be making a living if he doesn't have a job LOL. Unless he doesn't care if his power is shut off/water/gas. Though I did think fans wanted to see more saving lives again, no? Wonder where Hiro and Ando come into all this? They haven't said there storylines yet. Also yah I hope nothing happens to this love intrest LOL, hopefully shey'll be a keeper this time. I mean
Girl with ability would be good for Peter. He wouldn't have to hide his own, if she's blind it'd help him in many ways become more smarter

Maybe we'll see peter get the **** kicked out of him by his love interest as revenge for all his other ones who keep dying/getting hurt/lost in an alternate furture that doesnt exist anymore... They may also give him his spongebob ability back to him as he "opens up" I'm getting kind of bored with peter touch and go :p

I have a feeling Claire's subplot is going to be another time-waster, like the majority of her subplots after Season 1 have been. I'm not excited for that at all.

I'm actually not that excited for any of these, actually. I'll still give the new Season a shot though.

This show has lost me too, i'll tune in... been watching since the show started but i'm sure i'll be rolling my eyes by the 1st episode

So I guess it will be Hrg and the company trying to get redemption but that won't work because of their dirty secret. I think it will be Matt's redemption somehow.

The "mysterious suicide" on campus I take it will be Sylar getting another ability from one of the college students :whatever:

And as for Peter's new "powerful" romance will be the 'triplet', I think since I lost count of how many they are, of Tracy. :whatever: They are going the Five Years Gone route as it is obvious to see.

Peters romance will probably be the deaf character

The "creating the NEW COMPANY" is the more interesting storyline about Volume 5. the peter/nathan, claire, and matt storyline sounds boring but i'll wait and see if its better than i expect it to be.

Sounds more like the work of this new villain guy, if this "Jim Jones" comparison is accurate.

Heroes:

Greg Grunberg says he's getting ready to film a sequence for episode two of the new season, with Zachary Quinto, in which Matt Parkman "beat up on Sylar." [SpoilerTV]

Episode 2?! sigh...

What's interesting is that...
Parkman is the one doing the beating.
