Great casting choice for John. When he was first being rumored, I checked out Rebel Ridge... He will own this role easily.

Couldn't be more excited by the casting. Wanted Aaron as John ever since I heard what they were going for in the show. Well him or Damson Idris (I think it would have been between him and Aaron, if not for the scheduling conflicts) or Travante Rhodes. Talk about nailing it. Hopefully, now that Damson is on their radar, he gets some other role in the universe.

And Kyle as the older Hal is perfect to me as well. I also have hope in the creative team that the end is not going to be as clichéd as killing Hal off by the season's end. He doesn't have to die to not be the main GL for the JUstice League.

This has become my most anticipated project from all DCU ones so far.
