i love Scorpion's look! his costume looks very much to the one from the first game

The funny thing is that the commerical came out 2 year prior to the movie, and yet, the commercial had better costumes and makeup than the feature length film.

Not expecting much on the costume front because of the budget constraints. I enjoyed the original movie very much, particularly the scene where we're introduced to Sub-Zero and Scorpion on the boat ..... but I wanted to see a little bit more out of the suit for this ... not just some bright yellow garb. Not to mention he's apparently got zero head gear whatsoever aside from the rags. They have found ways to differentiate the two ninjas over the years (aside from their colors) and I feel like it's needed for the movie.

The actual shot though looks cool with the scenery.

It sold well but it lost what it once had: and that's the hype, my friend.

It's kinda like Street Fighter 4 and now Marvel vs Capcom 3 revived those franchises. Street Fighter never went away, it was just misguided until Capcom realized going back to its roots could bring new life to it.

That's freakin' why the new Mortal Kombat game is going back to it's core. Don't tell me that everything fine and great for the past decade.
