The graphics for the story mode are actually really really good. I'm surprised. They have improved the cut scenes in every possible way.

I still can't get over how bad the fight scene animations in the cut-scenes of MK9 were. Thankfully, Warner Bros. has backed up Netherrealm quite a bit since then and pretty much everything has been greatly improved on.

MK (2011) downloaded, gamepad should arrive by the weekend, I'll binge until X comes out.

For X, Takeda's gameplay looks interesting, so does Erron's, I think I'll be starting between those two.

So, Aziz mentioned the Xbox gamepad for PC. He's never steered me wrong, so I'm really considering that for the moment, I'm also probably the most familiar with an Xbox set-up, but not for fighting.

Any other recommendations?

They still had problems on Injustice, even though it was a lot better. The quick time events in Injustice were nowhere the level they seem to be on X too. Excited!

just as I expected, Jax looks as boring as always, and Jacqui looks no better, these 2 will be in my bottom 3 along with ferra/torr without doubt

Yea the number of kombatants im interested in pretty much mirrors the amount I used in both MK and Injustice and that's not counting the awesome ass DLC fighters

Saw the Johnny Cage gameplay scene again, and him turning his head to see Scorpion standing behind him inside the chopper reminds me of the "WELCOME" bit in their movie fight.
