It's so hard, there are plenty of films coming out in 2010-2012 that I'm eagerly awaiting (HP, GL, Batman 3). But I chose Avatar, James Cameron rarely disappoints. But this could be his first bomb, every director has his or her own dud.

Shutter Island. Easily.

A lot of the movies on that list will be great fun...but The Avengers looks to be crazy, outrageous, off-the-wall superhero action. It will be the first REAL epic superhero team action movie. None that have come before could possibly compare.
I loved Watchmen, don't get me wrong, but that seemed more like a comment on society and politics than straight superhero fun.

Avengers has potential to be unbelievable and raise the bar ever higher when it comes to superhero movies.

I look forward to it BIG TIME.

I want to see District 9, The Last Airbender and Iron Man 2. The rest I could either not care less about or haven't seen much about to form an opinion, with the exceptions of the World of Warcraft movie and the Hobbit 2(seriously? what kind of moron came up with this idea) both of which I hope and fully expect to suck if they are made.
